Terms and Conditions

1. SIGN THE PRODUCT SELECTION AND QUOTATION AGREEMENT (PRODUCT AGREEMENT) PROVIDED TO YOU BY BROADGATES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
2. ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER OR SIMILAR PURCHASE REQUEST IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCT AGREEMENT PROVIDED TO YOU BY BROADGATES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
3. USE THE SOFTWARE LICENSED BY BROADGATES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR ACCEPT THE PRODUCTS SET FORTH IN THESE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR IN THE PRODUCT AGREEMENT PROVIDED BY BROADGATES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS.
4. CUSTOMER accepts to receive WhatsApp messages for notifications as well as adverts.
5. CLICK AN ACCEPT OR SIMILAR BUTTON ASSOCIATED WITH THESE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These Standard Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between AGENT (CUSTOMER) and BROADGATES TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CC. (BROADGATES) regarding the provision of the PstBet Mobile Agent, including any equipment, consumables, licensed software, and services (collectively, the Products).

Except as expressly defined in these Standard Terms and Conditions, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning accorded to them in the Product Agreement. In this Agreement, `you` and `your` refer collectively to the CUSTOMER and any business or public entity you represent.

BROADGATES is willing to provide the Products to you only upon the condition that you accept all of these Standard Terms and Conditions. By accepting these terms, you are binding yourself to them. If you do not agree, you must not install, activate, or use the Products.

BROADGATES may modify these Standard Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Changes will be communicated via the website or directly to you. Continued use of BROADGATES Products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
